LifePods is a fast-growing wellness brand based in Ibiza, offering high-quality inflatable ice baths and sauna rentalsfor villas, retreats, and wellness events. We’re passionate about recovery, resilience, and helping people feel their best—whether they’re biohackers, yoga lovers, or just had a big night out.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, personable, and proactive remote assistant to help us manage leads, support customers, and keep things flowing smoothly behind the scenes.
🧊 What You’ll Do
- Manage our CRM (Odoo) to track leads, customer inquiries, and service requests
- Respond to customer support emails and WhatsApp messages in a friendly, professional tone
- Create and update lead records, coordinate outreach campaigns, and follow up on warm leads
- Coordinate with our Ibiza-based logistics team when needed
- Help maintain our booking pipeline and support the villa rental process
🌟 Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)
- Graphic design basics (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) to support social posts or customer guides
- Experience with Instagram scheduling, DMs, and content ideas
- Familiarity with wellness, biohacking, or Ibiza retreat culture
- Able to suggest ways to automate or improve CRM workflows
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience using CRM tools like Odoo, HubSpot, or similar
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable doing outreach and following up professionally
- Detail-oriented, self-managed, and proactive
- Reliable internet and quiet work environment
- Availability for 15–20 hours/week, ideally with some overlap with European time
